招聘岗位：销售
工作地点：北京、上海
 
岗位职责：
1. 完成所辖区域的产品销售任务，提升产品在区域内的占比；
2. 负责所辖区域内市场的开拓，客户/经销商的开发及新客户的发掘；
3. 负责所辖区域内代理商的沟通与管理；
4. 负责所辖区域内整体价格体系的维护；
5. 负责所辖区域内产品的Demo演示及用户培训；
6. 掌握所辖区域内竞争对手动态及促销活动计划，并制定出相应策略。
 
岗位要求：
· 本科及以上，生命科学相关专业优先
· 5年左右生命科学仪器销售经验
· 有渠道管理拓展经验及大客户销售管理经验
· 熟悉移液器/自动化工作站产品线
· 组织区域内的展会、研讨会，建立KOL合作关系
· 能接受50%以上时间出差
· 良好的对内对外沟通能力
· 英语具备基础商务沟通能力
