This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Pfanstiehl’s global expansion plans, and this newly acquired 2^nd global manufacturing site will significantly boost Pfanstiehl’s production capacity and strengthen our global supply chain capabilities.

Pfanstiehl was founded in 1919 and this acquisition of our 2^ndglobal manufacturing site in Ireland will further enable Pfanstiehl’s support of our global customers, including in China, for the next 100+ years.

For a long time, our global manufacturing was centralized at our single U.S. production site. Given the evolving global geopolitical environment, many of our Chinese clients have expressed legitimate concerns over supply continuity and operational risks caused by single-region production. We deeply recognize that biopharmaceutical manufacturing relies on secure, stable and uninterrupted raw material supply chains, and reliable supply resilience is the fundamental guarantee for your project progress and product launch.

This strategic acquisition of the Ireland facility is precisely launched to address global market demands for high quality injectable grade excipient and GMP bioprocessing components and eliminate any supply chain uncertainties. It marks the official establishment of Pfanstiehl’s dual global manufacturing base system covering the United States and Ireland, building a solid and diversified global supply network for our worldwide partners, especially our clients in the Chinese market.
本次收购爱尔兰生产基地，正是为响应全球市场对高品质注射级药用辅料、GMP生物工艺关键物料的需求，消除供应链各类不确定性。此此收购标志Pfanstiehl正式建成覆盖美国、爱尔兰的双全球生产基地体系，为全球合作伙伴，尤其是中国市场客户搭建稳固、多元化的全球供应网络。
The new Ireland manufacturing site will fully adopt Pfanstiehl’s unified global quality management system, strictly comply with USP, EP, JP, and ChP pharmacopeia standards, and implement consistent production processes, impurity control specifications and full lifecycle traceability requirements as our U.S. facility. Equipped with complete cGMP production conditions, this site will be qualified to manufacture our core injectable-grade excipient products, achieving full production capacity backup and flexible order allocation between the two global bases in the near future.
爱尔兰新生产基地将全面启用Pfanstiehl统一的全球质量管理体系，严格遵循USP, EP, BP, JP, 和ChP标准，执行与美国工厂完全一致的生产工艺、杂质控制标准以及全生命周期可追溯要求。基地具备完备的cGMP 生产条件，获准生产公司核心注射级药用辅料产品。不久的将来，两大全球基地将实现产能全面备份、订单灵活调配。
