• Providing Hamilton´s customer application assistance
• Installation, programming, maintenance and repairs of Hamilton’s Liquid Handling Robots, 3D cell culture Biolevitator, Decapper, HTS storages
• Training customer (hardware and software)
• Project management from ordering to customer acceptance
• Providing technical support for Hamilton´s sales forces
• Supporting current business expansion in China
• Developing new application

Your Profile
• University M.S. degree or similar qualification in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical engineering or combined background.
• At least 2-4 years experiences working in similar position for foreign representative office or company in life science industries
• A plus for Experience in liquid handling automation
• Mother tongue Chinese
• Good English in written and spoken
• Good knowledge in C programming
• Independence and sense of responsibility
• Ability to communicate and capacity for teamwork
• Willingness to travel within China

Sales Representative
Your Tasks
• Identification of potential business opportunities for Hamilton Robotics, 3D cell culture Biolevitator, Decapper, HTS storages product lines.
• Developing new business at targeted life science market
• Setting up quotations according to enquires from customers
• Providing Hamilton´s end-user with customized solution
• Organization of seminars and workshops in cooperation with application specialist
• Supporting current business expansion in China
Your Profile
• University degree or similar qualification in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering or combined background
• At least 2-4 years experience in active selling capital scientific instruments
• A plus for Experience in Liquid Handling Automation
• Local access to Life Science Market
• Mother tongue Chinese
• Good English in written and spoken
• Good command of MS-Office
• Ability to communicate and capacity for teamwork
• Willingness to travel within China

Technical Support Engineer
Your Tasks
• Installation, Calibration, maintenance and repairs of Hamilton's Liquid Handling Robots and 3rd party equipment as well as Hamilton Diluter & Dispenser.
• Programming of methods to customer needs.
• Training of customers (hardware and software).
• Active selling of maintenance contracts.
• Providing technical support for Hamilton's sales force.
• Project management (managing of processes from order entry to customer acceptance).

Your Profile
• University degree , strong technical and communication skills and preferably a background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or Life Science.
• At least 2-4 years of experiences in the service business.
• A plus for Experience in Liquid Handling Automation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mother tongue Chinese.
• Good English in written and spoken.
• Good command of MS-Office.
• Willingness to travel within China.
