实验动物代谢监测系统(代谢笼)选择需要关注的问题

     目前,全球及中国糖尿病肥胖等代谢疾病的发病率越来越高,越来越需要我们认真去研究对待,因此对糖尿病肥胖等代谢疾病的研究越来越多。
     该研究一般以大小鼠为实验对象,通过大小鼠的呼吸商(即呼入氧气和呼出二氧化碳的比值)来对大小鼠的能量消耗进行评估,除此之外可能需要给大小鼠提供喂食饮水,并对喂食饮水进行量和次数的监测,也需要对其尿液进行收集,也需要同时监测活动情况,体重 心率等功能的监测。
