| Recombinant Human EPO-beta is produced in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells by recombinant DNA technology is a single, polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids and having a predicted molecular mass of 21,000 Dalton and apparent glycosylated molecular mass of 30,400 Dalton. Recombinant Human Erythropoietin-beta is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. | |

Formulation: |
| Each mg of lyophlilzed powder contains 2.3mg Sodium phosphate dibasic, 0.55mg sodium phosphate monobasic buffer, 5.8mg sodium chloride and 0.06mg calcium chloride and 0.004% tween 20. | |

Solubility: |
| It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized EPO-b in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. | |

Stability: |
| Lyophilized EPO-beta although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -180C. Upon reconstitution EPO-b should be stored at 40C between 2-7 days and for future use below -180C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles. | |
