*Note: the amplicon produced using these primers is 699 bp. It is derived from the single-copy gene for Factor IX human blood clotting protein (Accn # K02402), which is located on the X-chromosome. The primer binding sites are in the intron flanking exon 8. The primers are provided as a mixture containing 5 uM concentration of each primer, Forward and Reverse.
