Description:  Human  HDAC1  (GenBank
Accession  No.  NM_004964),  full  length
with  C-terminal  His-tag  and  C-terminal
FLAG-tag,  MW=  56  kDa,  expressed  in
baculovirus expression system. 

Specific Activity:  450 pmol/min/Gg.
Assay condition : 25 mM Tris/HCl, pH
8.0, 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 1 mM
MgCl2, and 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 20 GM BPS
HDAC substrate (Catalog #50037), and
HDAC1. HDAC reaction was done for 30
min at 37ºC followed by treatment with
50 μl of HDAC developer (Catalog
#50030) for 15 min at RT.

Application:  Useful  for  the  study  of
enzyme  kinetics,  screening  inhibitors,  and
selectivity profiling. 

Fomulated in: 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0,
110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 20% glycerol.

Stability: >6 months at –80°C
