The Triple-Walled Advantage

The vacuum jacket virtually eliminates any heat exchange between the jacket outer surface and the atmosphere.
Because of maximum heat exchange efficiency imparted by the vacuum jacket, there is very little frost formation or condensation on the surface of the reactor vessel for low-temperature operations (i.e. below dew point or sub-zero operations), imparting visibility around the vessel, and hence, the process can be monitored visually.

Blue Label Selection

Blue Label Units are of pre-fixed configuration. However the parts are alternative to the options which are listed in the BL Option and Parts List. Customers may request alternations when placing an order. Customers choose basic configuration Code Number (C/N) in the table 1-1 with the C/N of alternative BL Option or Parts. AGI will advise upon pricing as soon as possible. Order Code No. alternate the condenser from Dimroth (E.g.C/N,3442-200-4L1L)to bigger Dimroth condenser (E.g.C/N,3442-300-4L1L) .
