These unstirred water baths are ideal for general lab and research applications. Samples are immersed into the bath, and experiments are easy to set-up and reproduce. Seamless stainless steel chambers minimize risk of contamination, and recessed control panel protects controls from spillage or accidental alteration.
Features include PID controller, digital setting and display using integrated microprocessor control, resettable adjustable over-temperature cutout for safety, and an “end on” design that minimizes bench clutter. Includes diffuser tray and shelf. Baths must be used with a cover or a layer of polypropylene spheres when operated at 60°C or above.

Analog-control baths are accurate, easy-to-use, safe, and durable. Tank construction is one-piece, seamless stainless steel. Capacities are given for bath filled within 2.54cm (1") of top. Exterior has a durable electrostatically applied powder paint finish that resists corrosion and scratches. A soft-touch safety knob sets temperature, and a pilot light shows when the element is heating.
Temperature range: 5°C above ambient to 99.9°C. Maximum temperature can only be achieved when chamber is covered with supplied gable cover. Uniformity: ±0.25°C at 37°C.
Two-year warranty on parts and labor. CSA/NSF approved tank.
Note: Only distilled water and plastic racks are recommended for use with these water baths.
Ordering Information: Supplied complete with 31.5cm (12.5") mercury thermometer and power cord with grounded plug. All baths except dual chamber bath (Model 1214) are supplied with one stainless steel gable cover. Model 1214 dual chamber bath is supplied with two stainless steel gable covers as well as independent controls and thermostats for each chamber. Replacement stainless steel gable covers and optional polycarbonate gable covers are sold separately.
