Clonetics EGM-2 Endothelial Cell Growth Medium-2 is an enhancement of EGM Medium. BBE has been removed and there has been further optimization of the basal media. Final concentration of FBS is 2%.

Clonetics Bronchial/Tracheal Epithelial Cell Systems contain Normal Human Bronchial/Tracheal Epithelial Cells (NHBE) or Diseased Human Bronchial/Tracheal Epithelial Cells (DHBE) and optimized media for their growth. Each System can quickly generate NHBE or DHBE cultures for experimental applications in cancer research, respiratory disease, cellular function and differentiation. Clonetics Bronchial/Tracheal Epithelial Cell Systems are convenient and easy to use, allowing the researcher to focus on results. 美国ACC内毒素指示剂(DCV)是用来检测干热去热源系统的指示剂。每一支DCV都含有至10,000EU的内毒素(E coli O113:H10:K)，可以直接放入干热炉中进行检测。
　　美国ACC公司的DCV指示剂是于验证去热源系统的指示剂，是纯大肠杆菌提取物，不同于内毒素标准品，其中不添加任何形式填充物，例如稳定剂或赋形剂等，因此不会对干热后内毒素的回收率造成影响。
　　去热源的小瓶经过高温后(保留一瓶作为对照)，应降低污染的风险，需密封后达到室温时开始进行检测。在每个去热源的小瓶中加入1ml的内毒素检查用水，再次密封并进行60秒的漩涡震荡，得到的溶液用LAL鲎试剂去验证其内毒素含量。检测方法可以使用凝胶法的实验进行验证。
　　用DCV验证去除内毒素的方法，通过了美国FDA认证，并且可以在美国药典(USP)和欧洲药典(EP)中，查到对应的验证方法，根据干热后内毒素的含量，与对照指示剂的内毒素含量相比，得到相差的对数数量级，对比美国药典的执行标准，已确定是否达到标准。
　　美国ACC内毒素指示剂(DCV)仅用于验证去热源。
　　保存条件：复苏之前请保存在2-8 C
