      干扰素-γ又称为免疫干扰素，主要是由抗原、有丝分裂素等刺激、活化的CD4+Th1、CD8+T细胞及NK细胞所分泌的一类可溶性糖蛋白。某些抗原、T细胞促分裂素、细胞因子、葡萄球菌肠毒素B，均会诱导IFN-g的合成。科研工作中常通过监测其含量变化判定是否产生特异性T细胞反应，反映机体的免疫水平。本产品采用ELISPOT技术，用抗体捕获培养中的细胞分泌的干扰素-γ，并以酶联斑点显色的方式对其进行监测。
