OS5P+便携式脉冲调制叶绿素荧光仪
OS-5p+采用的是独特的调制-饱和-脉冲技术,可选择性的原位测量叶绿素荧光,以此来检测植物光合作用的变化。OS-5p+的调制测量光足够低,可以只激发色素的本底荧光,而不引起植物任何的光合作用,这保证了基础荧光Fo的准确性。OS-5p+具有很高的灵敏度和选择性,即使在野外或实验室内很高的外部光强下,也可准确测定叶绿素荧光参数。因此,OS-5p+不但适合在条件可控的实验室内进行测量,还可在条件多变的自然环境中开展野外的试验研究。
OS-5p+广泛应用于植物生理、生态、农学、园艺、浮游植物、生物技术等学科的叶绿素荧光相关研究,特别是在植物逆境生理研究中应用广泛,几乎可以测量所有类型的植物胁迫。
1 特点
可测量几乎所有类型的植物胁迫:
OS-5p+通过Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、Fod (or Fo’)、Fms (or Fm’)、qP、qN、NPQ、qE、qT、qI、Y 或ΔF/Fm’、以及 O、 J、 I、 P、 T等参数,测量绝大多数类型的植物胁迫。同时,OS-5p+独一无二的N-300或N-200氮(硫)胁迫测与硫胁迫量单元,还可获得叶绿素含量的参数。
OJIP淬灭协议:使用高时间分辨率,测量与OJIP相关的 NPQ。
创新的PAR叶夹:采用独特的余弦校正技术,校正叶片朝向引起的误差;同时对传感器位置引起的误差、光谱的误差进行校正,相较于未校准的PAR传感器,测量结果更加准确。
多次饱和光闪技术:采用非常短的饱和脉冲和回归模型方法,可以获得无穷大光强下的荧光,对具有高光强照射历史的植物,进行Y和ETR测量的校正,用户自行决定是否开启该功能。
标准PAR叶夹可精确记录光化光强度的变化,提高了长时间测量的精度。
氮(硫)胁迫测量单元:N-300或N-200,可获得叶绿素含量相关参数,用于氮胁迫测量。而且,N-300测量不受样品厚度、大小和形状的影响。
藻类荧光测量单元:独特的藻类测量单元,可以测量藻类荧光。
多步光化光测量:用于光曲线、快速光曲线测量,每步的参数可独立设定。
所有测量均可通过仪器的内置程序自动完成,并且可根据实际需要,更改测量参数。
RLC屏幕可显示每天不同时刻的RLC曲线,方便用户查看比较。
