Specificity:
Armenian Hamster Anti-Mouse Interferon-alpha (IFNα) (Clone TIF-3C5) recognizes an epitope on Mouse IFNα & binds specifically to murine IFNa species (IFN-αA, -1, -4, -5, -11. and -13) and does not bind murine murine IFNg or IFNb. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
