移液器又称移液枪，是一种用于定量转移液体的器具。在进行分析测试方面的研究时，一般采用移液器（pipette）移取少量或微量的液体。广泛应用于生物、化学和临床实验等分析过程中液体样本采集和移取。

移液器的工作原理是活塞通过弹簧的伸缩运动来实现吸液和放液。在活塞推动下，排出部分空气，利用大气压吸入液体，再由活塞推动空气排出液体。使用移液器时，配合弹簧的伸缩性特点来操作，可以很好地控制移液的速度和力度。（和针筒很像）

如何设置量程？
手柄的显示窗清楚地显示移液器所移液量。移液量通过顺时针或逆时针旋转操作按钮来设置。在设置量程时，请注意：
⑴ 旋转到所需量程
⑵ 数字在显示窗中央
⑶ 所设量程在移液器量程范围内，不要将按钮旋出量程，否则会卡住机械装置，损坏移液器。
