一、目的：
为保证我厂产品的安全合理使用，避免因使用不当，而造成的损失，特制定本说明。
二、产品名称：

三、产品组成成分：

背面：高密度聚乙烯膜
四、用途及工作原理：
用途：
①适用于需要洗涤的卤化丁基胶塞、需漂洗的卤化丁基胶塞、只需灭菌的卤化丁基胶塞的灭菌保存转移；
②适用于无菌制剂（冻干粉针、水针）、无菌原料药生产中的相关设备配件（管路、软管、滤芯、密封圈、垫圈）的高压蒸汽灭菌，防止无菌车间使用物品灭菌后在传递过程中的二次污染，提高无菌保障水平；
③各种需灭菌使用的不锈钢器具、容器；
④各种需灭菌使用的医疗器械。
原理：
利用1073B特卫强对微生物的高阻隔性和对水蒸气的高透过性，可使袋体达到卓越的高温灭菌效果，并且开口时微粒产生率极低。A级条件下生产可有效的控制微生物、有机污染物和可移动黑点。
每只袋子配有高压蒸汽灭菌指示剂，可观察其灭菌状态。
五、使用注意事项：
1.拆包：使用本品时，内包装需在A级状态下拆包，拆包时需注意不得损伤本产品，袋体因外力划伤破损禁止使用。
2.封装：在A级条件下使用本产品对需灭菌物品进行热封包装，热封后需要保证本产品封口处完全密封，装袋后避免高处跌落。
3.灭菌：本产品适用于121℃高压蒸汽灭菌30分钟，不得高于极限值126℃30分钟，请使用本产品时严格控制灭菌温度及时间。使用灭菌柜灭菌时注意高放、平放本品，尽量避免本品与水及灭菌柜内壁的直接接触（合理使用可降低不必要的风险）。建议灭菌时袋内装载量不超过2/3。
4.指示剂变色：产品经高压蒸汽灭菌121℃30分钟后，指示剂应由原来的粉红色变色为棕色至棕褐色。
5.灭菌指示标签的变色条件是≥121℃高温及饱和蒸汽的充分接触。如灭菌器内温度或蒸汽分布不均匀，有可能导致其变色程度不一致。
6.因灭菌效果与装载方式及灭菌腔体内的热分布等多种因素有关，所以该标签仅用于灭菌过程的指示，不能作为灭菌效果指示的用途。
7.拆封：本产品拆封时建议使用锋利刀片由产品背面高密度聚乙烯膜处快速划开，严禁徒手撕开。
六、储存条件：
应在保持通风、干燥、清洁并有良好消防设施的仓库内贮存。贮存时应远离热源，避免阳光直射。

- Application and Principle:
- sterilize, store and transfer the halogenated butyl rubber plug that needs washing, rinsing, or just sterilizing;
- high pressure steam sterilization for sterile preparation(such as freeze-dried injection, squirt cut), related accessories in aseptic API production(such as tube, hose, filter, sealing ring, gasket) to avoid secondary pollution during transmission of sterile workshop items and improve the aseptic assurance level;
- stainless steel utensils and containers used after sterilization;
- medical devices used after sterilization.
Each pouch is equipped with high pressure steam sterilization indicator to observe its sterilization status.
- Notice:
- Opening: open the inner package in the class A clean room, and do not damage the product while opening.
- Packaging: use the pouch to pack the items that need sterilization by heat sealing under class A clean area and ensure it to be sealed completely. Avoid falling from height after bagging.
- Sterilization: pay attention to the sterilization temperature and time when use the pouch: high pressure steam sterilization under 121℃ for 30 minutes, not exceed 126℃ max for 30 minutes. Place this product high and flat and reduce the direct contact between the pouch with water and the inner wall of sterilizing cabinet (reasonable use can reduce unnecessary risk). Suggestion, the goods packed do not over the two-thirds volume of sterilization pouch.
- Indicator discoloration: the indicator status should change from pink to brown and tan after being sterilized by high pressure steam under 121℃ for 30 minutes.
- The color of sterilization indicator will change by great than or equal to 121℃and full contact with saturated steam. The depth of color depends on the temperature or the uniform of steam in the sterilizer.
- The sterilization indicator is only as an indication of the sterilization process and not as an indication of the effectiveness of sterilization.
- Unpacking: use a sharp blade to cut the HDPE film from the film side quickly when unpacking the product. Do not tear it directly with your hands.
