描述: Zingerone (Vanillylacetone) 是一种从生姜中得到的无毒的甲氧基苯酚，具有抗炎、抗糖尿病、抗脂质过敏、抗腹泻、抗痉挛和抗肿瘤等活性。它作为抗有丝分裂剂，能够抑制神经母细胞瘤的生长。它能够缓解氧化应激和炎症，下调 NF-κB 介导的信号通路。
体外活性: Vanillylacetone is similar in chemical structure to other flavor chemicals such as vanillin and eugenol. It is used as a flavor additive in spice oils and in perfumery to introduce spicy aromas. Fresh ginger does not contain vanillylacetone; cooking the ginger transforms gingerol, which is present, into vanillylacetone through a retro-aldol reaction. Vanillylacetone is likely the active constituent responsible for the antidiarrheal efficacy of ginger. [1]
