描述: Celfinder is a new kind of nucleic acid dye, which has the advantages of safety and sensitivity, and can be used as a dye for various kinds of nucleic acid electrophoresis.Unlike EB, which is highly carcinogenic, Celfinder is a flower-like dye with low toxicity, which is safe to use and can effectively protect experiment operators and the environment.
体外活性: Genefinder for Electrophoresis In Gel Staining (Pre-staining) Prepare a agarose solution and heat till it dissolves. Genefinder Nucleic Acid Staining solution is diluted from the Genefinder Nucleic Acid Stain 1:10,000 prior to pouring the gel. Genefinder should be added to cooled agarose solution which the temperature is below 60℃. Shake to ensure being fully mixed flowing by cast the gel, Run gel and view results by Visible light gel projector or UV projector.
