HoloMonitor M4
HoloMonitor M4活细胞成像系统是由瑞典Phase Holographic Imaging PHIAB公司开发的一款适用于细胞培养箱的无标记实时活细胞成像分析仪。可以长期稳定的在细胞培养箱或者缺氧小室运行并实时监测细胞的生长变化,还原真实的细胞生长状态。
HoloMonitor M4采用国际领先的全息显微术(digital holographic microscopy),以激光为相干光源,利用干涉原理记录样品的相位和振幅信息完成对细胞的成像。因此无需处理细胞,减少人为干预,真正做到无标记无侵入的同时一并获得单细胞和种群两个层面的量化参数与高质量的影像与数据。

相比于其他常见的细胞成像技术,HoloMonitor M4活细胞成像系统不需要对细胞进行染色或标记,避免了对细胞的不必要伤害,因此细胞可以被重复利用与下游研究,极大的提高了细胞的利用率,节省了时间,经费以及珍贵的细胞。同时,实验结果可以用HoloMonitor M4的其他应用重新分析来获得新的数据。
HoloMonitor M4活细胞成像仪配备有功能强大的图像分析软件App suite,使用简单明了,包含了精确的图像处理模块,不仅能提供细胞的种群信息如数量、细胞融合度、运动迁移距离等,也可以提供单个细胞的多达30多种的形态表征和运动参数,包括面积、厚度、体积、不规则度等。
