鼠尾胶原蛋白
Shengyou鼠尾胶原蛋白 I型(rat tail tendon collagen type I)是通过 Birkedal-Hansen1 的方法，通过醋酸抽提、氯化钠沉淀、磷酸氢二钠沉淀等步骤制备的。 生友鼠尾胶原蛋白可用于包被细胞培养器皿，培养一些在普通细胞培养器皿中不易贴壁的细胞。也可用于制备三维胶，模拟真实的生长环境，使细胞在三维环境中生长。
使用 Birkedal-Hansen1的方法，通过醋酸抽提、氯化钠沉淀、磷酸氢二钠沉淀等步骤制备。
在 1mg/ml 浓度以上可形成具有一定强度的三维胶，可用于细胞的三维空间培养 。
通过在包被的培养器皿中培养 PC-12 细胞、在三维胶原中培养 NIH-3T3 细胞实现质量控制 。
电泳结果和 Sigma 的同类产品无显著区别 。
产品为无菌的溶液，省去从干粉配制的麻烦 。
