Background
CHO-K1 GLP-1 Gs cell line overexpress GLP1R and is designed to detect increases in intracellular cAMP levels in response to agonist stimulation of the receptor. Cisbio HTRF cAMP kit can be used to detect the signal.

 Functional Assay Data
In a 384-well plate, cells were stimulated with agonist compounds using the assay conditions described below. Following stimulation, signal was detected using the Cisbio HTRF cAMP assay detection kit according to the recommended protocol.
CHO-K1 GLP-1 Gs cells were treated with control agonist and incubate at 37℃ for 30 min.
Signal window was 7.6-fold. GLP-1(7-36) EC50 was 0.006 nM; Taspoglutide EC50 was 0.0001 nM.
Passage Stability

This cell line has been confirmed to be stable through 25 passages with no significant drop in assay window or change in EC50 of control compound.
