        聚四氟乙烯，俗称“塑料王”，是一种以四氟乙烯作为单体聚合制得的高分子聚合物。 白色蜡状、半透明、耐热、耐寒性优良，可在-180～260ºC长期使用。这种材料具有抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特点，几乎不溶于所有的溶剂。同时，聚四氟乙烯具有耐高温的特点，它的摩擦系数极低，所以可作润滑作用之余，亦成为了易清洁水管内层的理想涂料。
 Polytetrafluoroethylene, commonly known as "plastic king", is a polymer made of tetrafluoroethylene as a monomer. White waxy, translucent, good heat and cold resistance, can be used in -180 ~ 260ºC for a long time. This material has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, resistance to various organic solvents, almost insoluble in all solvents. At THE SAME TIME, PTFE HAS THE characteristics of high temperature resistance, its friction coefficient is very low, so it can be used for lubrication, but also become an ideal coating for easy cleaning of water pipe inner layer.

1、耐 热 性 ——具有良好的耐高温和耐低温特性，使用范围-60~250℃。
 2、耐腐蚀性——几乎不受药品侵蚀，能够承受除了熔融的碱金属，氟化介质以及高于     300℃氢氧化钠之外的所有强酸（包括王水）、强氧化剂、还原剂和各种有机溶剂的作用，可以保护零件免于遭受任何种类的化学腐蚀。
 3、滑 动 性 ——有较低的摩擦系数，负载滑动时摩擦系数仅在0.05-0.15之间。
 4、不 粘 性 ——几乎所有的物质都不与聚四氟乙烯粘合，显示出很好的不粘附性能。
 5、耐磨损性——在高负载下，具有优良的耐磨性能。
 6、绝 缘 性 ——不受环境及频率的影响，介质损耗小，击穿电压高
 7、化学特性——不燃性、耐老化、抗氧化性
Main Performance
1, heat resistance - has good high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance characteristics, the use range of -60~250℃.
2, corrosion resistance - almost no drug erosion, can withstand in addition to molten alkali metals, fluoride medium and higher than 300℃ sodium hydroxide in addition to all strong acids (including aqua royalty), strong oxidants, reducing agents and various organic solvents, can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
3, sliding - has a low friction coefficient, load sliding friction coefficient is only between 0.05-0.15.
4, non-adhesive - almost all substances are not bonded with PTFE, showing good non-adhesive properties.
5, wear resistance -- under high load, with excellent wear resistance.
6, unique - not affected by the environment and frequency, small dielectric loss, high breakdown voltage
7, chemical characteristics - nonflammability, aging resistance, oxidation resistance
