建材不燃性试验炉
不可燃性测试仪可测量建筑构件的可燃性和非可燃性，包含统一和非统一建筑材料。设备可同时完全满足GB/T 5464和ISO 1182的国际标准。此设备在炉温750±5℃时保持超过60分钟温度不变以达到精确的测试结果。

特点
• 先进工业外观与控制设计；
• 自动化程度高，测试过程安全可靠，操作便捷；
• 使用优质条形加热器，熔炉温度可升至 900 ℃
• 可编程控制器（PLC）控制：
1、晶闸管调压，PLC输出信号控制加热电压为0-110VAC.消除电压波动对温度的影响。
2、PLC加固态继电器实现PID控制加热，保证温度均匀上行到750±1°C
3、内置新炉升温、校正升温、正常试验升温三程序。
4、嵌入式一体化10.2”触摸屏可实现控制参数设定与显示/实验数据采集与保存/画面监控/实时温度曲线显示/历史曲线与数据查询;
• 控制箱上有USB/RS232串口，可外接台式/笔记本电脑操作控制。
• 具有声音报警和报警事故显示功能。
