General description: EMG-USB2+ is a versatile amplifier for the acquisition of surface/intramuscular EMG signals, EEG and ECG signals. The system can record monopolar or bipolar channels from up to 256 detection sites. The gain can be selected individually for each group of 16 channels. EMG-USB2+ is an optically isolated device which assures the complete safety for the patient. It has been designed in compliance with the European standards for biomedical instrumentation. A specially designed feedback circuitry is used to reduce 50~60 Hz line interference, thus allowing high signal quality in both monopolar and bipolar acquisition. EMG-USB2+ has a double power supply, battery and main power.
Technical specifications: EMG-USB2+ is an iEMG, sEMG, EEG and ECG amplifier and is an optically-isolated device. This implies high level of safety in any modality of use. Signals can be detected in monopolar or bipolar configuration during voluntary contractions. The system includes a specially designed circuitry used to erase line interference, thus allowing high signal quality in both monopolar and bipolar acquisition.
