Purity: Greater than 95% pure by SDS-PAGE,Coomassie Blue Stain
Serological: 10 ug/ml solution showed linesof identity with 10 ug SEB/ml standard when tested with anti SEB in double immunodiffusionassay. No cross reactivity was observed when tested at 100 ug/ml with anti SEA,SEC, SED, SEE and TSST(sensitivity approximately 5 ug/ml).
Solubility: After lyophilization, the SEBwas re-dissolved to a 1 mg/ml using deionized water. This solution was clear within one minute.
Storage: At -20℃, 1 mg/mlsolution is stable for at least one year
At 4℃, 1 mg/ml solution is stable for two weeks
In lyophilized, desiccated form, stable at least 5 years.
