Porvair Sciences 公司表观遗传学领域的产品系列又增新成员 - 新型 Chromatrap 染色质免疫沉淀反应 (ChIP) 测定法。
Chromatrap® 是Porvair Sciences公司与英国斯旺西大学的生命科学院联合研发的成果，它采用与蛋白质A 结合的固相多孔聚合物来捕获染色质，较磁珠法的效率得以极大提高。过去的琼脂糖珠或磁珠法工艺复杂，涉及分离、移液和再悬浮等操作，相比之下，Chromatrap 离心柱法的优势显得尤为突出。独立实验表明，Chromatrap 法比传统珠式工艺的 DNA Pull Down 水平高出 25 倍，DNA 富集的信噪比尤为显著，要比常见的工艺高出 2 至3 倍，即使沉淀反应的用品用量过少至 50ng 或过多至 3000ng，都能得出十分稳定的结果。
