抗原介绍
L1细胞粘附分子(L1 cell adhesion molecular, L1CAM)简称L1，是一类神经细胞粘附分子，属于免疫球蛋白超家族中的一员。L1是Ⅰ型跨膜糖蛋白，分子质量约220kDa，该蛋白质胞外区含有6个免疫球蛋白样结构域和5个纤维连接蛋白3型结构域，可能和多种配体结合而将外界信号通过跨膜区传导到胞内区而激活下游的信号转导路径。主要在神经细胞表达并在神经元的迁移、轴突生长、成束和延长等神经系统发育中起重要作用。

【免疫原】免疫原为KLH-多肽交联物，多肽位于蛋白质C端附近区域。
