Tube-Sealer is a fully automated device, designed to produce permanent and consistent leak free seals on thermoplastic tubing.
应用 Applications
Tube-Sealer 用于断开 生物制 药工艺 中使 用 的一次 性袋 上 的热塑 管， 例如 C-flex®、Advantaflex®、FluiSoft®、Sanipure™和 Pharmed®。可在非无菌环境 中断开单个袋子或袋子组件，并保持产品的无菌性。
The Tube-Sealer is used to disconnect thermoplastic tubing such as C-Flex®, Advantaflex®, FluiSoft®, SaniPure™ and PharMed®, on disposable bag assemblies used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Individual bags or bag assemblies can be disconnected in a non sterile environment by maintaining sterility of the product.
工作原理 Operating Principle
两个加热元器件对带液或不带液热塑管进行挤压，并对受挤压热塑管进行加热。 在热量和挤压双重作用下，管子熔合成均匀密封截面，可用剪刀从中将管子断开。
The inserted empty or liquid filled tube will be compressed and heated between two heating elements. The heat and the compression force will fuse the tube to a homogeneous section. This section can be cut in the middle by using sharp scissors.

一台机器，可适配从管径1/4"-1.0"（I型最大封管外径为7/8"，II型最大封管外径为1.0"）、壁厚1/16"-1/8"管的密封，这使得它非常适合实现一次性袋技术。
One machine can be adapted to seal from 1/4" to 1.0" tubing diameter or from 1/16" to 1/8" pipe thickness （Tube sealer I can handle tubing with max OD of 7/8", Tube sealer II can handle tubing with max OD of 1.0"）, which makes it ideal for the implementation of Single Use Bag Technology.
操作简单 Easy to use
一键选择管径、一键热封、一键开盖，操作便捷。
Easy to operate: One-button to select tube size, one-button to start sealing, and one-button to open the cover.
热封时间短 Short sealing cycles
对于不同管型和品牌的热塑管，平均热封时间在1.5-5.0分钟（I型时间低于4分钟，II型时间低于5分钟）
