金刚石笔Scribe

这种精确 90˚楔状(刀片宽度1mm)的金刚石笔与其它大多数点状金刚石刀不同,这种笔的独特刀片技术,可切割薄壁石英管而不损坏切割面,且产生很少的切割碎片。

如何切割用于Nano-LC/MS的熔融石英毛细管

在准备使用喷针和色谱柱前,熔融石英毛细管的准确切割是一个至关重要却又容易忽视的操作。切割平整光滑能确保与其它熔融石英毛细管连接时保持低死体积。同时,切割也不会产生颗粒物堵塞管路。推荐使用高品质金刚石内芯或刀片切割管路。New Objective公司生产的金刚石切割工具切口平整一致,产生很少的切割碎片。不推荐使用便宜的碳化物刻划工具和陶瓷晶片,因为它们极容易产生低质量的切割末端(如碎裂),并产生许多切割碎片。

 

警告在处理熔融石英毛细管和喷针的过程中很容易导致皮肤和眼睛受伤,因此请使用符合ANSI Z87.1-1989标准或同等标准的安全眼睛或护目镜,并随时穿带防破裂和耐化学品的手套。


 

操作步骤(请联系我司工作人员获得图片)

  1. 将要切割的管路放在平坦、干净的桌面上,把切割工具垂直放在管路表面(如图1B和2C)。刀片的长面应垂直于管路的内径(如图2B)。

  2. 轻轻地直往下按,注意在下压时不要有来回切割的动作,只需在聚酰亚胺镀层的表面切个缺口即可(如图3C)。注意不要用力切管路,否则可能导致末端碎裂,产生切割碎片(如图3D)。

  3. 沿着刀片头慢慢切管路,很容易就能切开接口。如果还不行,那么稍微加重力量重复上述步骤。图4为一个典型切割过的外径360 µm、内径75 µm熔融石英毛细管。表面缺口平均小于或等于10 µm。
