细胞实验: Used GMEM plus 5 μM Cardiogenol C and 7.5% ESQ-FBS.?The cultures were harvested at different day-intervals after induction for immunohistochemistry, semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis, western blot analysis and comparative proteomic[1].
体外活性: Cardiogenol C could induce HBPCs to express transcription factors GATA4, Nkx2.5 and Tbx5, which are early specific markers for pre-cardiomyogenic cells[1].
