• 稳定有效的PCR引物 – 所有引物均在不同的细胞组织样本中通过严格验证
• 简单快速 –无需扩增,只需将反转好的cDNA与SYBR® Green master mix混合加入到板中,然后运行qPCR, 4小时内即能得到实验结果
